Will Greene Will Greene, Neighborhood Sales
A certified new homes specialist, Will Greene has spent years helping people experience the joys of home and land ownership. At Hammond’s Ferry, Will most enjoys helping others learn how this walkable, mixed-use neighborhood on the Savannah River enhances the quality of life of its residents. Will brings a combination of professionalism, knowledge, and a warm personality to each new buying experience at Hammond’s Ferry. Will is a native of Augusta, Georgia, a member of the Exchange Club of Augusta, and volunteers with a number of area charities.

Catie Sacks Catie Sacks, Neighborhood Sales
A licensed salesperson with past experience in real estate development, Catie Sacks is a strong advocate of Traditional Neighborhood Design and enjoys helping people discover the benefits of living within such a place as Hammond's Ferry. Catie enthusiastically introduces people to this beautiful mixed-use neighborhood on the Savannah and helps guide them through the process of selecting the optimal homesite and/or home that best suits the way they live their life. Born and raised in Aiken, South Carolina, Catie is a graduate of Clemson University, a member of the Urban Land Institute, and active in the Aiken Young Professionals.

Wendy Poss Wendy Poss, Sales and Marketing
Wendy Poss is one of the first people that visitors encounter at Hammond's Ferry. Whether simply stopping by the sales center to learn more about the neighborhood or enjoying one of the many special events that Wendy coordinates, her enthusiasm and great knack for details contribute to a memorable experience at Hammond's Ferry.

Bobby Bagwell Bobby Bagwell, Project Manager
Bobby Bagwell is responsible for managing the Hammond's Ferry Builders' Guild – the team of new home craftsmen that builds all residences within the neighborhood. Bobby oversees the carefully structured Design Review Process to ensure every home meets published architectural guidelines, therefore protecting the integrity of the neighborhood. Bobby also manages site development, budget management, and coordination among city officials, engineers, and contractors at Hammond's Ferry. A native of Columbia County, Georgia, Bobby graduated from Georgia Southern University with a degree in Construction Management.

Rhonda Fry

Rhonda Fry, Office Manager
In her role as office manager, Rhonda Fry provides organization and assistance to the project director, coordinating all bookkeeping duties, and is closely involved in the construction management process. Rhonda worked previously with SouthTrust Bank in Augusta.

N. Turner Simkins N. Turner Simkins, Vice President
Turner Simkins is a vice president with LeylandAlliance LLC, the developer of Hammond's Ferry. Turner ensures the project is developed in keeping with the vision of a vibrant, mixed-use neighborhood that connects the City of North Augusta to the great Savannah River. Turner's concentration is on the project’s financing and development and leasing of the mixed-use, commercial town center. He has brought many creative new ideas to Hammond’s Ferry, including Blue Clay Farm. Turner has also been instrumental in the environmentally sensitive management of Brick Pond Park – the constructed wetland and wildlife habitat located at Hammond’s Ferry.

Turner previously worked as a senior manager for Blanchard & Calhoun, a leading real estate firm in Augusta, Georgia, where he continues to serve as Senior Consultant.

Turner is active with many civic and non-profit organizations, including the Augusta Canal Authority, Augusta Tomorrow, Golden Harvest Food Bank, Augusta Metro Chamber of Commerce, South Eastern Natural Sciences Academy, and the Central Savannah River Land Trust. He is a director of the Savannah River Banking Company and a member of the masterplan task force for downtown Augusta, Georgia and North Augusta, South Carolina. Turner is a graduate of Washington and Lee University.
