New York City, N.Y. (March 2008) - The Winners of the 29th
Annual Telly Awards have been notified. A documentary and web marketing video created by Silvercord Productions for
Leyland Alliance's sustainable community Hammond's Ferry,” Planning the American Dream,” will be awarded two Tellys at the upcoming 29th Annual Telly Awards. Silvercord Productions will be honored with a Telly for Excellence in Cinematography and a second Telly for Excellence in Documentary category.
For 29 years, the Telly Awards has recognized the finest in creative media work. The Telly Awards is one of the industry’s premier awards, celebrating the finest filmand video productions, as well as groundbreaking web commercials, videos and films. The Telly is the largest and most prestigious award of its kind, receiving entries from all 50 states and 30 countries around the world.
Silvercord Productions, recently formed by partners Christina Sheldon and Tim Gill, is a sustainable, environmentally consciousmotion picture company, specializing in telling stories with high-end, filmic visuals.
“It's encouraging to have one of the first projects of this partnership recognized in this way,”Director /D.P Tim Gill said.

Last year’s Telly winners ranged from local agencies and smaller production companies to multinational corporations. 2007 Winners included Booz Allen Hamilton, Children's Miracle Network, Court TV, Cox Communications, E! Networks, Harpo Studios, J.Walter Thompson, Spike TV, Targetcom, and Universal Studios Hollywood.
